摘　　要：孕镶金刚石钻头已获得了广泛的应用 ,但人们对其性能和钻头金刚石参数间的一些问题仍需进一步认识。本文通过理论计算得出了钻头唇面上金刚石的分布模型 ,其结论与实际相吻合 ;并以此为依据 。Impregnated diamond bit has been applied extensively to the fields of geo drilling,stone processing,etc.However,some problems about the relationship between bit performance and diamond parameters need to be studied further.In this papaer,the distributing model of diamonds on bit crown is obtained through theoretical calculation and its result is well fit to the real distribution of diamonds.Based on the model,the effect of diamond size on the performance of diamond bit is discussed.The conclusions are helpful to the design of deamond bit.
