摘　　要：提出了直接找油气的必要性和可能性 ,回顾了以往失误的原因 ,推荐了百灵软件 ,并期望各石油公司经理层能使用该软件 ,化较小的代价对地震资料进一步解释利用而提高钻井成功率 。The necessity and the possibility of the method for direct finding oil and gas (DFOG) had been described. The history of DFOG in the oil and gas industry had been reviewed as well, it is a fond dream of oil and gas worker with very long time. This paper narrated what are the reasons for so many unsuccessful cases for DFOG and the LARK software was recommended. It was developed by professor Huang with good geological and geophysical basis of about ten years and was applied by more than ten projects with followed drilling of very high though not 100% success ratio. Finally this paper make suggestions to the management of all oil and gas companies for test this kind of DFOG for raising the drilling investment efficiency of exploration and development wells and decreasing the cost of oil and gas in optimum at last.
