摘　　要：在长江中上游部分低质低效次生林中 ,生长着大量的珍贵树种和特殊用途树种 ,由于缺乏经营管理 ,其效益低下、质量低劣 ,珍贵资源面临日渐枯竭的严峻局面 .基于此 ,在湖南省湘潭市岳塘区和长沙县生态试验场设置了试验基地 ,面积为 11.11hm2 ,以林分生产力、经济效益为主要经营调控目标 。A great deal of tree species, which are of great value and special use, are grown among the low quality and low effect secondary forests in the middle upper reaches of Yangtze River. Because of the shortage of management, they turn out products of low quality and their valuable resources are exhausted gradually. Two experimental bases have been set up in Yuetang District of Xiangtan City and Changsha County in Hunan Province, whose total area is 11.11 hectares. The management technical system and the ways to high effect culture, high effect development and comprehensive utilization were studied in the paper, which aims at raising the stand productive forces and the economic benefits.
