摘　　要：科技项目管理是科技管理工作的重要组成部分 ,其核心是要提高项目管理的效率与准确性。为此 ,本文作者对科技项目管理系统进行了开发性研究 ,主要介绍了基于PB6 0方式下的科技项目管理业务的数据库解决方案。Scientific & technological project management is an important part of the work of managing science & technique Its aim is to elevate the efficiency and correction of managing project So,this paper studies the system of managing scientific & technological project,and introduces the concrete scheme of solving the managing work on technological project,its process and the main point of designing the software
