基于WEB通用工作流设计方法的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了 Web体系结构的优势以及目前办公自动化在平台上的发展趋势 ,简述了工作流的概念和几种典型的工作流。通过对设计过程的描述 ,本文提出了一种通用工作流设计的方法 ,从具体流程的抽象、简化 ,系统规划到具体实现 ,文中都进行了详尽的描述。由于办公自动化系统中主要是工作流的应用 ,所以是否采用科学有效的工作流设计方法将影响到整个系统的质量。通过实践证明 ,将这种工作流设计方法应用到实际项目中去 ,流程的表述更加清晰规范 ,最终得到的工作流模型能适应大部分需要 ,编码阶段的思路更加顺畅 ,结构化程度好 ,可移植性好。This paper introduces the advantage of Web architecture and the trendof the platform of the office automation system (OAS). It briefs the conception of the workflow and some representative workflows. By describing the designing process, this paper presents a method of general workflow which can be adapted to most workflow system. In OAS, the application of the workflow is the most important. An efficient and scientific designing method will affect the quality of the whole system. Attested by the practice, the method of this paper can makethe process of the workflow more distinctive and standard, and the model of theworkflow can meet most needs, and the thoughts will be more smooth in the programming stage. And the structure and the transplantation of the system will be better.
