摘 要:利用凝胶溶胶技术包容Co(pic)·4H2O络合物,并采用FT-IR、TG-DTA及SEM等技术对凝胶催化剂进行了表征.考察了不同的包容方法、活化条件及金属含量对凝胶催化剂催化活性的影响.结果表明采用一步合成法制备的包容催化剂,当填充钴含量为1.30%时,凝胶催化剂先水洗后二氯甲烷洗的活性最好.Co (pic) ?4H2O catalysts were physically entrapped in SiO2 sol-gel matrics by sol-gel method. The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, TG-DTA, SEM, XRD respectively. The effect of different entrapped methods, activate methods and Co loading on its catalytic performance in oxidative carbo-nylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate (DMC) were studied. Results showeds that, the 'one-step' procedure resulted in high reactivity, sol-gel matrix should be washed with boiling H2O, followed by reopening of these pores by boiling CH2Cl2. The degree of Co incorporation in a sol-gel matrix was fixed at 1.30 %.
