摘　　要：介绍了光整热镀锌钢板的磷化技术 ,讨论了磷化工艺参数、主要杂质离子浓度对磷化膜质量和涂膜附着力的影响 ,提出磷化槽液中Al3+浓度的检测和去除方法。The parkerizing technology of finishing hot galvanizing steel was introduced, and the effects of process parameters and main impurity ions on quality of parkerizing film and adhesion of coating were discussed. The way to detect and eliminate the aluminum ion in the parkerizing bath had also been suggested.
