氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压86例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法　选择 1 72例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性高血压病人 ,随机分为氨氯地平组 86例与尼群地平组 86例进行比较。结果　治疗 4周后氨氯地平组降压效果明显 ,总有效率为 95 35 % ,尼群地平组为 76 76 % ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5)。Objective To observe the curative effect of Amlodipine on original hypertension.Methods 172 experimental models suffering from original hypertension in term Ⅰ and term Ⅱ were divided into treatment group taking Amlodipine and control group taking Nitrendipine randomly and equally.Results After four weeks' treatment,it showed that Amolodipine had a distinct effect on lowering the high blood pressure.The efficacious rate of Amoldipine is 95.38%,which is better than that of Nitrendipine(76.76%).There is remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoldipine actually has a distinct and safe effect on original hypertension.
