达芬霖治疗鼻腔急慢性炎症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价达芬霖治疗鼻腔急慢性炎症的疗效。方法 :选择门诊急性鼻炎 ,慢性单纯性鼻炎患者各 80例 ,随机分为呋麻滴鼻液组和达芬霖鼻喷雾剂组 ,观察达芬霖治疗鼻腔急慢性炎症的疗效。结果 :达芬霖鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的总有效率达 95 %。呋麻滴鼻液治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的总有效率为 72 .5 %。两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :达芬霖对慢性单纯性鼻炎疗效显著 ,具有起效快 ,疗效持续时间长 ,分布广泛 ,无明显毒副作用等优点。Objective:To explore the effect of daphnlin on acute and chronic simple rhinintis.Methods:Eighty patients with acute and chronic simple rhinitis were randomly divided respectively into the ephedrine group and the daphnlin group to investigate the treatment of daphanlin on acute and chronic rhinitis.Results:Compared with the ephedrine, the total efficiency of daphnlin for chronic simple rhinitis was greater than that of ephedrine.Conclusion:The treatment of daphnlin for chronic simple rhinitis is characterized by its rapid effect, long duration, wide distribution,and no significant side effects.
