彩色多普勒血流显像对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价彩色多普勒诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值。方法对60例下肢深静脉血栓形成病例进行常规超声和彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查,观察血栓形成的部位、大小、栓塞程度。结果单左侧42例,单右侧12例,双侧3例。观察部位199个,完全性阻塞161例,不完全性阻塞38例。结论彩色多普勒是下肢深静脉血栓的较好诊断方法之一。Objective To evaluate the significance of the color doppler imaging (CDFI) diagnosis for deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of the lower extremity. Methods Sixty cases of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity were examined by CDFI. The degree, position and size of infarction were detected. Results Left lower extremity venous thrombosis were detected in 42 cases. Right in 12 cases, complete infarction in 161 positions, incomplete infarction in 38 positions. Conclusion CDFI is a noninvasive ,sensitive and valuable method for diagnosing DVT.
