球结膜中的免疫球蛋白

摘　　要：通过应用直接免疫荧光技术对12例标本结膜中IgE、IgG、IgA、IgM和C_3观测,发现分别有5例、2例和1例标本在固有层、上皮层和基底膜有免疫球蛋白存在,但未发现C_3。其中2例标本有少量免疫球蛋白生成细胞。结果提示结膜是眼部重要的免疫器官。Conjunctival specimens from 12 individuals were stained for the detection ot IgE, IgG,IgA, IgM and C3 by direct immunofluorescence technique. Of the detection of the 12 individuals, 5(41.7%) were found immunoglobulins in the stroma, 2(16.6%) in the epithelial layer,and 1(8.3%) in the basement membrane. Also 2(16.6%) were demonstrated immunoglobulins bearing cells in the stroma. No complement C3 was observed in the conjunctiva. These results prove that the conjunctiva plays an important role in the immune system of the eye.
