血清E_3、HPL与Ⅲ级胎盘亚级关系及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨Ⅲ级胎盘的功能状况为临床治疗提供根据。方法 对210例待产妇进行临产前超声检查及血清E_3和HPL测定。结果 Ⅲ^+与Ⅲ^-和Ⅲ~0型胎盘比较:前者比后两者血清E_3、HPL值明显降低。结论 Ⅲ^+级胎盘功能减退应尽快终止妊娠。Objectives To discuss the function of placenta of Grade Ⅲ. Methods Ultrasonic examination wasmade to 210 predelivery women before parturient and their Serum E^3and HPL value were determined. Results Acomparison was made to placental Grade Ⅲ^+, Ⅲ^- and Ⅲ~0, Serum E^3and HPL value of the former decreased moresignificantly than the latter two. Conclusion Pregnancy should be stopped immediately as the function of placentaGrade Ⅲ decreased.
