摘  要:笔者报道对 78例膝部骨折术后使用持续被动运动器的观察。对膝关节周围骨折术后第 1天开始 ,患肢置于下肢持续被动运动器进行被动活动 ,每天 2次 ,每次 1~ 2h ,膝关节活动度由 0~ 3 0°开始 ,根据患者的耐受程度逐日增加活动范围至膝关节屈曲 80~ 90°停机 ,同时指导患者在其他时间进行主动股四头肌收缩和膝关节活动训练。实践证明膝部骨折术后早期使用持续被动运动器进行康复锻炼 ,对防止膝关节粘连和僵硬起到积极作用 ,使患者早期得到功能康复。In this paper, the author reported the application of continuous passive motion in postoperative rehabilitation of genual fracture in 78 patients. From the 1 d after genual fracture, the patients received continuous passive motion at the motion device twice a day, each time for 1~2 h. The mobility of knee joint began at 0°~30°and then reached 80°~90°step by step at patient's tolerance. Meanwhile, they were guided to train contraction of quadriceps muscle of thing as well as active motion of knee joint at other time. It was proved that continuous passive motion could prevent adhesion and rigidity of knee joint so that they could get rehabilitated soon.
