复方麻辛剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效观察与实验研究

摘　　要：为观察复方麻辛剂对小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及作用机理 ,将支气管哮喘急性发作的 60例患儿随机分成两组 ,治疗组 3 0例用复方麻辛剂雾化吸入治疗 ,对照组 3 0例用舒喘灵雾化吸入治疗 ,7日后比较两组的疗效及TXB2 、6-keto PGF1 α水平。结果 :临床总有效率治疗组为 86 6% ,对照组为 83 3 % (P >0 0 5 ) ,治疗组患儿的TXB2 较治疗前明显下降 ,6-Keto-PGF1 α明显上升 ,肺功能明显改善 (P <0 0 0 1)。动物实验结果表明 :复方麻辛剂能升高哮喘模型豚鼠血浆 6-Keto-PGF1 α含量。提示复方麻辛剂雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效与雾化吸入西药舒喘灵基本相同 ,其作用可能与调节免疫功能、舒张支气管平滑肌及抑制哮喘炎性反应有关。In order to observe the therapeutic effect of 'Compound Ephedra and Assarum Agent' for acute seizure of infantile brachial asthma and its functional mechanism,60 cases of infants with acute seizure of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,in which 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with spray inhalation of 'Compound Ephedra and Assarum Agent' and 30 cases in the control group were treated with salbutamol,to compare the therapeutic effect,TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α in the two groups seven days later.The results showed that the total effective rate was 86 6% in the treatment group and 83 3% in the control group ( P >0 05),and TXB 2 was obviously decreased and 6 Keto PGF 1α was remarkably elevated and the pulmonary functions were greatly improved in the sick infants in the treatment group than before the treatment.The findings in the animal experiment showed that 'Compound Ephedra and Assarum agent' could elevate plasma 6 Keto PGF 1α content in the asthma modeled guinea pig,indicating that the therapeutic effect in spray inhalation of 'Compound Ephedra and Assarum Agent' for infantile asthma is basically similar to that in spray inhalation of salbutamol and its function may be related to regulation of the immune function,dilation of the smooth muscle of the bronchus and inhibition of reaction of asthmatic inflammation.
