胃宁合剂治疗胃脘痛的临床研究

摘　　要：观察胃宁合剂治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。 40 0例胃脘痛 (消化性溃疡或急慢性胃炎 )患者按 2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组 (A) 2 0 0例 ,中药对照组 (B)、西药对照组 (C)各 10 0例。A组予胃宁合剂 ;B组予胃苏冲剂 ;C组予雷尼替丁。疗程均为 4周。结果 :A组总疗效、止胃痛的显效率及总有效率与B、C组比较 ,均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。胃宁合剂治疗虚寒证、气滞证、湿热证、血瘀证四种证型之间的有效率相近 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗消化性溃疡、各类胃炎总有效率 :A组与B、C组比较P <0 0 5。幽门螺杆菌清除率比较P <0 0 5。治疗组未发现不适反应 ;中西药对照组不适反应分别为 8%、2 2 %。提示胃宁合剂对各型胃脘痛 (消化性溃疡 ,各类胃炎 )临床疗效显著 ,能有效清除幽门螺杆菌 ,且无副作用。In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of 'Stomach Peace Mixture' in the treatment of epigastric pain,400 cases of epigastric pain (peptic ulcer or acute or chronic gastritis) were randomly divided into 200 cases in the treatment group(A),100 cases in the control group of Chinese medicine(B) and 100 cases in the control group of medications(C).Respectively,Group A was treated with 'Stomach Peace Mixture',Group B with 'Stomachache Relieving Granules' and Group C with Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules,for four weeks.The results showed that significant difference (P<0 05,P<0 01) existed in the total effective rate and the remarkable effective rate and the total effective rate in stopping the stomachache in the comparison between the treatment group and two control groups.The effective rates in four patterns of cold deficient syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome,damp heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome treated with 'Stomach Peace Mixture' were similar( P >0.05).In the total effective rate in peptic ulcer and various gastritis,P value was<0 05 in comparison between the treatment group and two control groups and was<0 05 in the cleaning rate of HP.No adverse reaction was found in the treatment group.The adverse reaction in the two control groups was respectively 8% and 22%.The findings indicate that the clinical effect of 'Stomach Peace Mixture' was remarkable for various epigastric pain,peptic ulcer and various gastritis and can effectively eliminate Helicobacter pylori without side effect.
