胆石净溶石作用的实验研究

摘　　要：为研究胆石净 (由大黄、陈皮等组成 )治疗胆结石的机理。在 40只新西兰兔胆囊内植入人胆石 ,并随机分为 4组 :正常对照 (A)组、胆石净 (B)组、胆宁片 (C)和UDCA(D)组 ,除A组外分别予相应药物治疗 8周 ,观察各组动物的一般情况、结石重量变化及相关生化指标。结果 :胆石净对胆固醇结石、胆色素结石均有溶解作用 ;并可增加胆汁中胆汁酸含量 ,减少胆汁中的胆固醇分泌 ,使胆汁胆固醇去饱和 ;降低肝脏、胆汁中β 葡萄糖醛酸酶活力及胆汁中游离胆红素含量。其作用与胆宁片相似。提示胆石净具有和胆宁片相同功效 ,其优化组方科学。In order to study the mechanism of 'Gallstone Clearing Agent'(composed of Radix Rhei,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) in the treatment of gallstone,40 New Zealand rabbits with gallstone implanted in the gallbladder were randomly divided into four groups:model control group(A),'gallstone Clearing Agent' group(B),'Gallbladder Tranquilizing Tablets' group (C) and UDCA group (D),and were treated respectively with corresponding drugs for eight weeks to observe general condition of the animals in various groups,change in gallstone weight and relative biochemical indexes.The results showed that 'Gallstone clearing Agent' possesses the dissolving function on cholesterl gallstone and bile pigmental gallstone,and could increase the content of bile acid in bile,could decrease cholesterol secretion in bile and could rid of saturation in bile cholesterol,could decrease β glycuronidase activity in the liver and bile and free bilirubin content in bile and its function was similar to 'Gallbladder Tranquilizing Tablets'.The findings indicate that 'Gallstone Clearing Agent' has a similar therapeutic effect with 'Gallbladder tranquilizing Tablets' and its optimized formula is scientific and reasonable.
