丙戊酸镁治疗100例心律失常的疗效分析

摘　　要：用单盲法安慰剂自身对照和双盲法在动态心电图监测下与慢心律对照,口服丙戊酸镁治疗100例各型心律失常,显效37例,好转28例,总有效率为65％。其中室性早搏有效率为63％;房性早搏有效率为80％;交界性早搏有效率为63％;阵发性定性心动过速3例均显效。不良反应有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、嗜睡、头痛、晕眩、耳呜、胸闷和乏力等。Clinical trial of magnesium valproate in treatment of various arrhythmias with placebo-controlled single-blind and maxiletine controlled double-blind study of 100 cases is reported. Complete or satisfactory control of the arrhythmias were achieved in 33 / 68 patients with ventricular premature beats, in 12/15 atrial premature beats, in 5 / 8 junctional premature beats, in 3 / 3 paroxysmal ventricular tachycardias, in 1 / 4 paroxysmal atrial tachycardias, in 1/1 supraventricular tachycardia and in 0/1 atrial fibrillation. The overall control rate was 65 (65%) .In 37 cases with complete control of the arrhythmias, completely controlled within 3, 7, and 14 days were 4 (11%) , 16 (43%) and .31 (84%) cases, respectively. Adverse effects included nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, altered appetite and body weight, drowsiness, vertigo, weakness, headache, tinnitus and sense of suppression in the chest.
