摘　　要：通过对砖砌体建筑中地面现浇整体式和预制装配式楼盖及屋面中各种类型裂缝的特征分析 ,阐明了裂缝产生的原因。并提出了为防止裂缝产生设计人员要严格遵守国家有关的建筑规范、规定以及有关标准图集 ,施工人员要按图纸及有关施工规范施工 ,才能有效地防止裂缝产生。Through the analysis on the characteristics of cracks existed in floor and roof in the building with brick masonry structure the producing reasons are elaborated and the prevention measures are proposed. Author point out that the designers must bid by national building codes, rules and corresponding standards, and constructors must construct based on construction document and related construction codes to effectively control the cracks.
