摘　　要：目的 :探讨微观进化在新生隐球菌感染中的作用。　方法 :取标准的产黑素和白化突变菌株分别培养 ,研究产黑素表型的变化 ,并用聚合酶链反应进行CNLAC1目的基因片段的扩增。　结果 :产黑素在转种培养后未见变化 ,而CNLAC1基因片段扩增时 ,发现转种后的菌株发生细微变化。　结论 :新生隐球菌微观进化现象不超越菌种 ,甚至表型都不发生明显变化 ,这为菌种保藏可能提供一个更早期的参考指标。Objectives:To discuss the role of microevolution of Cryptococcus neoformans . Methods:The standard strains were grown on L dopa and bird seed medium. The fragment of CNLAC1 was analyzed by random amplification of genomic DNA. Results:No information is available on the production of melanin after subculture. The minor difference of CNLAC1 was observed. Conclusions:Microevolution of Cryptococcus neoformans doesn't surpass species itself. There is even no difference in phenotypes that associated with virulence, such as melanization. This may be the early indication of attention to storage and maintenance conditions.
