摘　　要：针对引进印度HDS-EX2型加弹机绊丝率高、外观降等严重的问题,通过分析该型加弹机的卷绕成形机理和特点,从工艺调试、生产管理、设备调整三方面探讨了DTY生产过程中绊丝产生的主要原因,提出了相应控制或解决办法。With the problem of Indian HDS-EX2 textured mechine that spider web was more and product quality was below, the package build principle of HDS-EX2 textured machine was analyzed, the cause of spinder web were discussed from the three respects such as process, product management, machine adjustment, and the controlling or solving methods were put forwards.
