25例儿童支气管异物纤维支气管镜治疗分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨纤维支气管镜在儿童支气管异物诊治中的应用价值。方法 :对 2 5例 (34次 )支气管异物患儿行支气管检查和治疗的结果进行回顾性分析。结果 :通过镜检所有病例均达到了诊断和治疗的目的 ,16例肺不张均恢复正常 ,2 5例支气管异物除 4例未能取出外 (1例经由硬质气管镜取出 ,3例经胸外科开胸取出 ) ,余2 1例均成功取出。异物的种类繁多 :有金属、非金属硬质物 ,有植物、也有动物骨头。异物在支气管内的位置以右侧为多 (15 / 2 5 )。结论 :纤支镜可作为深部支气管异物诊治的有效手段 ,其操作简便、安全 。Objective To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic value of fiberbronchoscope in the children with bronchial foreign bodies.Methods The results of diagnostic and therapeutic use in 25 children with bronchial foreign bodies using fiberbronchoscope were analysed.Results Twenty-one(21/25) cases of bronchial foreign bodies were extracted; 16 cases with atelectasis were cure. The type of foreign bodies were numerous, the place of foreign bodies were more in the right side than the left one.Conclusions The Fiberbronchoscope is safty and effective in the removing of foreign body which in deep bronchus, it could be used extensively in paediatrics.
