电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨电子鼻咽喉镜在诊断和治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病中的价值及作用。方法 :在表面麻醉下用PentaxVEL - 15 30T电子鼻咽喉镜对 1374例门诊耳鼻咽喉病人进行检查 ,并打印图文报告。对其中 6 6例鼻咽喉患者在电子鼻咽喉镜下配合高频电刀进行各种治疗。结果 :1374例患者检查结果 ,有 19种疾病。其中 6 6例包括 8种疾病的治疗结果 ,有声带息肉 35例 ,声带小结 7例 ,会厌囊肿 5例及下咽异物 3例均得到治愈。下咽喉血管瘤治疗 4例 ,3例基本消退。另 12例作了相应治疗 ,取得满意疗效。结论Objective:To investigate the value and effect of video rhinolaryngoscope in diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngeal diseases.Method:Pendax VEL-1530T video rhinolaryngoscope was used to examine the 1?374 outpatients with otorhinolaryngeal diseases under surface anaethesia,meanwhile,printed the reports with photos. And under the video rhinolaryngoscope,66 outpatients of 1374 accepted operation by high frequent electrical knife.Results: Nineteen kinds of diseases were found in 1374 cases. The satuations of the operations to the 66 outpatients who had 8 kinds of diseases in 19 kinds were: 35 cases of vocal cord polyp ,7 cases of vocal cord node , 5 cases of vallecular cyst and 3 cases of foreign bodies in hypopharynx were all cured.Three in 4 cases of laryngeal hemangioma faded away; the other 12 cases also got pleasant results after relevant treatment.Conclusion:Video rhinolaryngoscope is a new valuable excellent medical instrument in diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngeal diseases.
