摘　　要：以粗磷酸为原料 ,采用氯化钾和硅酸钠协同脱氟的方法 ,生产出了饲料级磷酸氢钙。实验中对反应温度、沉淀时间、原料浓度、脱氟剂用量、中和pH值等因素的影响进行了讨论 ,确定了适宜的条件 ,产品质量符合HG2636The forage-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate were prepared with crude phosphoric acid through defluorination.The defluorination were conducted by adding potassium chloride and sodium sillicate.The influences of the reaction temperature,precipitation time,material concentration,defluoranl dosage and neutralization pH value were discussed.The best process condition is determined.The product prepared in accordance with the way described in the paper reached the standard of HG 2636-94.
