填料塔精馏过程的建模与优化

摘　　要：通过对填料塔的等板高度的计算 ,将填料塔精馏过程的建模问题转化为一个理论筛板塔的建模问题 ,简化了建模过程的复杂性 ,并推算出灵敏板的位置和灵敏板温度 ,同时提出了优化操作的合理。By calculating the HETP of the packed column,the problem of modeling for packed column is transferred to the problem of modeling for theoretical plate column.And it reduces the complexity of modeling.The location and the temperature range of sensitve plate are also given.At last,some feasible optimization strategy is proposed.
