摘  要:本文考察了酸性助剂对催化剂及RFCC裂化原料裂化性能、汽油和柴油主要性质的影响。试验结果表明 ,RFCC原料加入适量的酸性助剂后 ,催化剂微反活性提高 3~ 4个单位 ,轻质油收率提高 3%~ 4 % (wt) ,产品分布得到改善 ,所加入的酸性助剂不会进入产品中。酸性助剂用量最佳值在 0 .2 5 %~ 0 .35 % (wt)间 ,其用量与所处理的原料和使用的催化剂有关。同时发现 ,酸性助剂不仅适用于国产催化剂 ,也适用于进口催化剂 。In order to counteract against the decline in activity, selectivity of RFCC catalyst and yield of light oil caused by existence of basic nitrogen compounds, Acidic additive is added to residue feedstock. simulating the condition of commercial,Comparison tests were made on a small catalytic cracking unit to investigate the effects of acidic additives on cracking performance of RFCC catalyst and residue feedstock as well as properties of the gasoline and diesel products. Results from the tests showed that incorporation of appropriate amount of the acidic additive into residue feedstock can enhance micro-reactor activity of the catalysts by 3~4 units,the yield of light oil by 3%~4%(wt),and improve product distribution. The acidic additive will not come into final products. The optimum amount of the acid additive was 0 25%~0 35%(wt),depending on feedstock and catalyst.
