摘　　要：本文研究了一种多功能水溶性锈面防腐涂料配方和制备方法 ,筛选了转化液和混合溶剂的种类 ,考察了PVA—B的溶解性能和与转化液的最佳配比 。In this paper,study of the fill a prescription preparation method that The Anti Corrosion Rust Surface Paint for Many Function and Water-Solubility were studied.The kind of conversion solution and mix solvent have been filtrated.Saw about best proportions of the PVA-B and conversion solution.Better settled the problem of the anti-water for water-soluble on rust and anti-rust paint.
