摘　　要：介绍了一种具有多种性能的环保型热模锻压剂的研制过程,该锻压剂采用的非石墨材料是一种均匀流体,长期放置不分层,具有良好的可喷涂性、润滑性能、冷却绝热性能、脱模性能以及较高乳化稳定性。工业应用结果表明其性能优良,能有效降低生产成本,提高工效。Development process of an environment-friendly hot die forging agent with multiple properties is introduced in this paper. The non-graphite material used in this forging agent is an uniform fluid which doesn't layer after emplacement for a long time and has supreme spraying, lubricating, cooling and heat insulation and de-die properties and relatively high emulsifying stability. Industrial application shows that its properties are good and can reduce production cost and improve efficiency.
