摘　　要：探讨了影响冷硬铸铁轧辊白口层深度的主要因素。运用数理统计回归分析方法对大量原始生产数据进行处理 ,求得生产条件下冷硬铸铁轧辊白口层深度与主要工艺参数之间的线性关系 。In this paper, the main factors affecting the chilled depth of chilled cast iron roll were discussed. A great number of initial data were analyzed statistically by the regression method. The regression relations have been established between the chilled depth of the chilled roll and the chemical composition as well as pouring temperature. We have given a theoretical explanation for the regression results.
