摘 要:研究不同温度正火对消除准贝氏体铸钢组织遗传性的影响 ,观察并测试不同正火温度下的组织特征及力学性能 ;结果表明 ,准贝氏体钢铸造态晶粒粗大 ,常规正火工艺不能改善贝氏体组织遗传性 ,提高正火温度有利于改善其组织遗传性 ,奥氏体化温度在Ac3 + (10 0~ 2 0 0℃ )有明显的细化晶粒作用 ;阐明改善组织 ,提高韧性 。In this paper, the influence of different normalized temperature on the eliminating structural inheritance of meta bainite of cast steel were studied. Micstructure and properties of meta bainitic of cast steel were investigated and dertermined. The results show that crystalline grain of meta bainite of cast steel is coarse, the nolmalising heat treatment can not improve the structural inheritance of meta bainite of cast steel. However, it was found that raising the austenitizing temperature can improve micstructure and eliminate the structure inheritance of steel. At austenitizing temperature A c3 +(100~200 ℃) range, nolmalizing heat treatment can refine coarse austenitic grains of meta bainite cast steel. The reason of coarse austenitic grain and toughness and eliminating structural inheritance refinement were introduced.
