摘　　要：详细分析了在地震区选择转换层结构形式的方法,论述了转换桁架总体分析及局部补充计算的方法及应注意的问题。采用有限刚度的预应力混凝土转换桁架,不仅较好的解决了下部大柱网与上部小柱网的转换,而且避免了转换层处在水平力作用下较大的刚度突变及复杂应力,在地震区是较为有利的。转换桁架采用低预应力度 0.5的部分预应力混凝土构件,既较好的解决了大跨度结构在使用荷载作用下的挠度和抗裂问题,又在承载能力极限状态下使结构有较好的延性和耗能能力。The paper analyzes the selection of structural style of transfer floor in the seismic area and discusses the overall analysis of transfer truss, the calculation of local area and some points concerned. The adoption of prestressed concrete transfer truss of limlted rigidity not only solves the problem of transfer between bottom column grid and top smaller column grid , but also avoids the abrupt change in the stiffness and the complex situation of stresses in the transfer floor under lateral forces, which is favorable in seismic area. Partial prestressed concrete members with 0.5 in degree of prestress in the transfer truss not only solve the problem of deflection and control of crack in the large span structure under the effect of serviceability load, but also have good ductility and capacity of energy dissipation of in the ultimate condition, which can improve the seismic and service of the structure.performance of anti seismic and natural service.
