摘 要:在分析自流平混凝土特点的基础上 ,研究了内掺粉煤灰量 ( % )对自流平混凝土强度和流展度的影响 ,根据试验数据总结出掺粉煤灰自流平混凝土 2 8d的抗压强度规律 ,测试了掺粉煤灰自流平混凝土流展度的损失。采用强度等级为42 5的普通硅酸盐水泥 ,掺加适量的NF -2 -6缓凝高效减水剂 ,内掺 0~ 30 %Ⅱ级粉煤灰 ,水胶比 0 37~ 0 33,能配制出C6 0高强度自流平混凝土 ;内掺 0~ 2 0 %Ⅱ级粉煤灰 ,水胶比 0 33~ 0 30 。Based on the analysis of properties of self-leveling concrete,the effect of the quantity of flyash inner added(%) on self-leveling concrete strength and fluidity spreading was studied. According to the experimental data obtained,the rule of 28 day compressive strength for the self-leveling concrete added with flyash was summarized.The loss of fluidity spreading of self-leveling concrete added with flyash was determined.An adopted grade 42.5 ordinary portland cement,proper quantity of NF-2-6 retarding high effect water-reducing agent added,0~30% of grade Ⅱ flyash inner added,water cementitious materials ratio 0.37~0.33,C60 high strength self-leveling concrete can be prepared,0~20% of grade Ⅱ flyash inner added,water-cementitious materials ratio 0.33~0.30,C70 high strength self-leveling concrete can be prepared.
