微量元素与原发性扩张型心肌病

摘　　要：用原子吸收光度法检测原发性扩张型心肌病患者头发硒、铜、锌、铁、锰、钴、铬的含量、发现硒.锌、铁、锰、铬含量显著降低(P<0.01),与同地区正常人比较,差别有高度显著性、铜、钴含量略有降低;但无统计学意义。Etiology of primary dilated cardiomyopathy is still not clarified. The hair trace element contents of Se, Cu, Zn Fe, Co, Mn, and Cr in 25 patients with chronic congestive heart failure because of primary dilated cardiomyopathy were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Se, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cr were signficantly decreased (P<0.001), Cu and Co showed some decreases, but not significant statistically.
