摘　　要：从12例婴幼儿、少年儿童及成人尸体鼻咽部连续切片标本中,证实这些标本均存在APUD细胞。本资料通过改良嗜银法检验发现嗜银细胞;采用Fontana—Masson亲银反应发现黑素细胞;在铅苏木精染色的切片标本中亦见APUD细胞的阳性反应。对不同年龄期的人鼻咽部APUD细胞作了计数和分布描述,并讨论了其分布与鼻咽部肿瘤可能存在的关系。APUD cells were found in nasopharynx from newborns up to adults by using improved argentophil technique and Fontana-Masson argentaffin reaction. Existence of argentophil cells has been demonstrated by the former method and melanocytes, by the latter.APUD cells with blue cytoplasm granules (positive reaction) have also been demonstrated by Lead-hematoxylin technics.A description of detailed quantitative distribution of APUD cells has been made. The relationship between the distribution of APUD cells and nasopharygeal neoplasms is discussed.
