摘　　要：对内六角螺栓冷镦凸模的强度进行了分析 ;并针对其早期破坏的原因 ,为增加内六角螺栓冷墩凸模的强度和寿命 ,从螺栓的成形工艺。This paper comprehensively analyses why the cold upsetting punch of inner\|hexagon bolt breaks at the early stage from some sides,such as forming technology of the bolt, structure of the punch and manufacturing method, and also this paper gives some effective ways to increase the strength and life\|span of the cold upsetting punch of inner\|hexagon bolt.
