摘　　要：采用塞隆等高级耐火原料、特殊结合剂及相应的制作、烧成工艺,解决制品热稳定性与抗冲刷性、耐侵蚀性间的矛盾,使铝锆碳质长水口不须烘烤即可使用,解决了繁琐操作并延长使用寿命。With using the high-grade refractory, such as Sialon, and special adhesives as well as the relative producing and sintering processes, the contrary between heat stability and erosin and corrosion resistance can be solved. Then it can make Al2O3 - ZrO2 - C long nozzle to be used directly without baking.Therefore,the operation can be simplified and the life can be extended.
