摘 要:用Langendorff方法复制大白鼠离体心钙反常模型,收集冠脉流出液并测定其中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量。结果表明,钙反常组与对照组比较,复钙期SOD与LDH显著增多(P<0.01),而MDA未见改变,故不支持氧自由基参与无钙灌注5min后复钙灌注引起的钙反常损伤的说法。This study was designed to investigate whether the calcium paradox is associated with oxygen-free radicals. Malondialdehyde (MDA) , superoxide dismatase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in coronary effluent were measured.The results showed that contents of effluent MDA, SOD and LDH were unchanged during the calcium-depletion phase, and that reperfusion with calcium resulted in an immediate and massive release of SOD and LDH, but MDA was unchanged.These observations do not suggest that calcium paradox of the heart after 5min.calcium-free perfusion is associated with the oxygen free radicals.
