糖尿病患者蛋白尿与静脉血气及甘油三酯的关系

摘　　要：观察了30例糖尿病患者蛋白尿与静脉血气及甘油三酯的关系。发现肾病组FBG、HbA_1、TG、PVO_2及SvO_2均显著高于无肾病组;24h尿蛋白量与HbA_1、TG、PvO_2及SvO_2呈正相关;TG与FBG、PVO_2及SvO_2呈正相关、与PvCO_2呈负相关。认为蛋白尿的产生与组织缺氧有关。肾病时易致高甘油三酯血症。The relationship among proteinuria, venous gas analysis and triglyceride has been investigated in 30 diabetics. The concentrations of FBG, HbA1, TG, PvO2and SvO2in patients with diabetic nephropathy were obviously higher than those in patients without diabetic nephropathy.Twenty-four hour urinary protein was positively correlated with HbA1,TG, PvO2and SvO2, TG was also positively correlated with FBG, PvO2and SvO2, negatively correlated with PvCO2.It has been considered that the presence of proteinuria is related to tissue hypoxia.and the triglyceridemia is more easily developed in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
