摘　　要：应用高频射流通气为主治疗外科病患者的成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)20例。17例效果满意,3例死亡。本文就该疗法的原理及价值进行了讨论。Twenty cases of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) were treated with high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) from Jan. 1986 to Nov. 1988. Among these 20 cases three were caused by cardiopulmonary bypass and the rest by severe trauma of the chest. HFJV gave a good result. Only three patients died, which was due to the relatively later stage.The principle and the value of the therapy were also discussed.
