摘　　要：NO对不同细胞的凋亡影响不同。NO诱导凋亡可通过氧化应激、干扰能量代谢、直接损害DNA、激活多聚 ADP——核聚聚合酶或使胞液 Ca2 +调节紊乱。另一方面 ,通过 c GMP依赖途径 ,抑制细胞色素 C释放、降低半胱天冬酶活性等 。Monoxide Nitrogen (NO) has different effects on apoptosis of various cells It induces cell apoptosis by means of oxidative stress, distarbance of energy metabolism, direct damage of deoxribonudeic acid (DNA), activation of poly adenosine diphosphate ribose polymerase, or calciumiun ion (Ca 2 +) regulation disorder. On another, NO also can inhibit cell apoptosis via circle guanosine diphosphate (cGDP) independent pathway, restraining cytochrome C release, downmodulating activity of cysteine aspartase, etc.
