摘 要:采用压电石英阻抗 (PQCI)技术对牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)与磺基水杨酸相互作用过程进行了现场监测 ,获得的等效电路参数表明 ,晶片的谐振频率与酸浓度的响应呈一条S型曲线 .通过对这些参数进行分析 ,估算出该体系中BSA的等电点约为 4 .6 ,运用非线形回归方法得到S型曲线的拟和方程 。A piezoelectric quartz crystal impedance (PQCI) method was used for in situ monitoring of the process when the sulfosalicylic acid was added successively into the bovine serum albumin (BSA) aqueous solution. An S-shaped response curve was found for the relationship between the change in the resonant frequency (Δfo) and the concentration of sulfosalicylic acid([L]). The isoelectric point (PI) of BSA in this experimental system for the precipitation to occur was estimated to be around 4.6. A non-linear regression equation was found to fit the response curve and the corresponding regression parameters were obtained.
