摘 要:提出武汉军山长江公路大桥的斜拉索减振方案——— 5 6根短索和 88根长索分别安装内置式橡胶减振器和外置式粘性剪切型减振器。粘性减振材料的均匀性得到改善 ,材料粘度随温度变化的范围缩小 ,高温 6 0℃低温 -15℃ 40个循环的试验结果表明 ,粘度对温度循环变化不敏感。实桥测试发现 ,阻尼器安装前后拉索振动衰减时间由大于 10 0s改变为不到 5s ,拉索的振动得到明显抑制 ,阻尼器安装前可以激发起谐振 ,安装后则很难激起。实桥测试说明 ,斜拉索减振方案满足设计要求 ,使用这种国产减振材料的粘性剪切型阻尼器的第一次大规模应用是成功的。The damage from excessive cable movement was analysed. 55 pieces of internal rubber dampers and 88 pieces of external viscous shear dampers were designed separately to reduce vibration for all shorter and longer cable stays of Junshan Changjiang River Bridge in Wuhan. To adapt to the bridge, characteristics of viscous damping materials were improved and the viscidity of which was notsusceptible to temperature variation. Field testing was launched to testify the effects of viscous dampers. It was indicated that declining duration was reduced to 5s from original 100s and resonance was hardly excited after viscous shear dampers were installed. It was also proved that the first large scale application of viscous shear dampers with home-made viscous materials was successful.
