摘　　要：倾覆盘式真空过滤机是国内湿法磷酸生产普遍采用的关键设备 ,针对运行中普遍出现的问题以及为满足增产要求所采取的技改措施 ,介绍了转盘、滤盘、翻盘叉、挡托轮等零部件产生故障的原因、处理方法和所取得的效果 。The tilted pan typed vacuum filter is the critical equipment which is widely used in the wet process phosphoric acid production in our country.In view of the technical retrofit measures taken for solving the problems occurred in the operation and increasing the production output,it introduces the cause ,treatment measures and results of the failure of the components like pan,filtration disk,pan tilting fork,thrust roller and supporting roller,etc.as well as their maintenance.
