摘 要:用化学法和化学 物理法制备果壳 (杏核、松子壳、核桃壳等 )颗粒活性炭 ,并同时对诸影响因素作了研究。其中化学法杏核炭的得率为 34.2 % ,这较传统物理法活化在得率上高出近两倍 ;化学 物理法的杏核炭的得率为 4 8.1%。经过对各项指标的检测 ,化学法制备的活性炭可用作木质净水用炭和木质味精用炭 ,后者可用作提金炭。Nutshell(apricot nutshell,pine seed nutshell,walnut shell etc.)granular activated carbons were prepared by chemical and chemical-physical methods,and the affecting factors on yield were also studied.The average yield of activated carbons prepared by the chemical method was 34.2%,which is about two times of the yield of the common physical method.According to results of measuring of indicators,activated carbons prepared by the chemical method can be used for water purification and for refining of sodium glutamate.The average yield of apricot nutshell activated carbon prepared by chemical-physical method was 48.1%,which can be used for extracting of gold.
