摘　　要：总结贵州工业大学在资本运作中所作的实践性探索 ,分析贵州这样的西部发展中地区高等学校在中国加入WTO后社会主义市场经济条件下所面临的种种困境和所拥有的优势及机遇 。Based on the practical experience of GUT in operating capital and the analysis of the various difficulties,the advantages and the challenges the universities and colleges are faced with after China enters into WTO,this paper puts forward some suggestions for developing universities and colleges.
