摘　　要：全球化时代高校教师要发展以开放性和创新性思维素质、世界性和现代性人格素质和符合全球化时代潮流的教育理论素质为基本价值取向 ,并以学术更新能力、教育科研能力。The essay is in the background of the globalization era It probes into the transformation of the basic educational concept and the essential necessity of bettering the quality structure of the teachers in colleges and universities The essay considers it valuable for the teachers to develop open minded and creative thinking quality,global and modern personality and fine education theory quality conforming to the globalization trend They should try to form the ability centered quality structure by improving their abilities through their academic research, the abilities in educational scientific research,the abilities in bilingual utilization and modern education technology
