摘　　要：近年来 ,理论界对再审程序的诸多问题进行了有益探索 ,但对其改判标准问题却鲜有论及。从理论上阐明我国再审改判标准并提出立法建议 。In recent years, the theoretical circles have helpfully explored a good many problems about the retrial procedure.However,they have seldom talked about the norms of changing the original sentence.We should elucidate it in theory and make the suggestions of legislation.This is very important for the consummating and rebuilding the retrial procedure.
