摘　　要：计算机等外部短信实体 (ESME)通过与短信中心 (SMSC)进行通信 ,收发短消息。目前它们是通过SMPP协议进行通信 ,然而SMPP协议不够安全 ,并且不支持分布式事务处理 ;同时 ,需要自己组装和分解协议数据单元 ,处理网络错误 ,编程繁难。以COM +为例 ,进行通信框架的设计 ,实现SMPP协议的功能 ,克服了它的局限性。ESME such as computer can send and receive short message by communicating with SMSC. Now the protocol between them is Short Message Peer to Peer protocol (SMPP). SMPP protocol is not safe enough, and doesn't support distributed transaction; Implementing this protocol is difficult because of assembling PDU, segmenting PDU, network error handling. This paper design the communication framework based on COM+ that overcomes the shortcomings of SMPP protocol.
