摘 要:采用金属持久强度试验的方法,研究12Cr1MoV钢和10CrMo910钢主蒸汽管运行中金属持久强度的变化动态。试验结果表明,12Cr1MoV钢主蒸汽管在运行至25万h的时段内,持久强度值不发生明显变化。而10CrMo910钢主蒸汽管运行10万h前,持久强度基本不变,之后随运行时间的增加持久强度呈下降趋势。对于这2种主蒸汽管的不同结果,从物理机制上作了阐述,并简要地讨论有关主蒸汽管的安全性评定和剩余使用寿命预测的问题。Permanent strength variation trends of12Cr1MoV and10CrMo910main steam piping in operation were studied using the method of permanent strength test.The test results indicated that the permanent strength of12Cr1MoV main steam piping did n't change until the piping had operated250000hours.The test results also indicate that the permanent strength of10CrMo910main steam piping also didn't change before the piping had operated100000hours,however,later on,the permanent strength de-creased with the continuous increase of operating hours.In this paper,the physical mechanism of the different results of these two type steel piping tests is elaborated and the problems of assessing the reliability and estimating the residual service life of main steam piping are also discussed.
