均匀沉淀法制备钴蓝颜料的研究

摘　　要：研究了用尿素为均匀沉淀剂 ,在液相中制备钴蓝颜料的方法 .探讨了制备钴蓝前驱体过程中尿素的水解行为及表征 .研究了钴蓝前驱体制备过程中的成核机理 ,并对所制产品与传统干法产品进行了对比 ,结果表明 ,均匀沉淀法制备钴蓝颜料比干法焙烧温度低 ,晶型好 ,粒度均匀 ,粒子形貌整齐 。The method of preparing cobalt blue pigment in the liquid phase was studied by using urea as homogeneous precipitating agent.The hydrolytic behaviour and characteristics of urea in the preparation process for the precursor of cobalt blue was researched.The mechanism of nucleation in the preparation process for the precursor of cobalt blue was also discussed,and a comparison between the end product and traditional drying grinding product was made.Experimental results showed that sluggish precipitation preparation of cobalt blue pigment had lower calcinated temperature,good crystal form,average particle size distribution,uniform particle morphology,and excellent properties.
