摘　　要：本文概述了信息管理的发展历程 ,针对 IT对企业管理模式冲击的现状导入了企业 CIO的概念 ,在讨论了现代企业到底需要何种 CIO之后 。A brief account of the course of developing of information management is given.Based on the face of that the mode of enterprise management is pounded by IT,the conception of CIO is introduced.The developing trend of CIO in future,so called the operating way of CKO,is roughly described after discussing what kind of CIO should be needed by modern enterprise.
